NEWTEQUE SDN BHD is a private Investment, Construction and Development Company. The Company involves in Piling Operation, Building and other Civil Engineering Construction. The Company was incorporated in Malaysia.

The Company started as a Contractor for Piling and Foundation Works. It has participated actively in the construction industries and has since completed many projects for various Housing Developers, building quality houses and apartments of more than 3,000 units with Contract Values more than RM 100 million over the last decade.

Later, the Company ventured into its own housing development with vacant lands acquired through contra-payment from other Housing Developers. The first housing project ever undertaken by the Company is the proposed 5-Storey Apartment Block with 98 units of mixed Apartment and Shop development, known as Apartmen Impian, in Rawang.

The project, Apartmen Impian consists of one Block of 5-Storey, 80 units of Medium Low Cost Apartment and 18 units of Shop, Management Corporation Office, Multipurpose Hall & Other Facilities at the ground floor.
