Our Vision

NEWTEQUE SDN BHD believes that homes should be affordable to all, as having a home very imporant to everyone. However, nowadays houses are very expensive and not everyone can afford houses that could easily cost about three, four or even five hundred thousands.

Hence, here in NEWTEQUE SDN BHD, we begin our first step on realizing our vision by launching our first project - APARMEN IMPIAN, a medium low cost housing project that would offer good value for money and is affordable to all.
